Large sliding doors from the living room lead out to the terrace. First, you’ll find a covered area, followed by a large open space. 2 motorized awnings allow you to choose between sun or shade.

About 50 meters from the house, you'll find the pleasant communal pool area (including a children's pool), as well as 3 paddle courts and tennis courts. Near the pool area, there is a bar and a small restaurant where you can buy drinks, ice cream, coffee, and various light dishes.
