From the terrace and dining area, the view is breathtaking both day and night. Fantastic sunrises and moonrises, magnificent mountain peaks, sailing and fishing boats, the town of Almunecar not least at night with all its lights and if you’re lucky you can see dolphins.

Modern terraced house with wonderful sea view, large terrace access to pool and paddle courts
This nice town house on three levels with 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 3 bathrooms and a toilet, 2 terraces with wonderful sea views. The house is very nicely decorated, well equipped and to a high standard.
Three out of four bedrooms have a sea view and so do the terraces, there is fiber internet with wifi both inside and outside on the terraces. The pool area is magically nice and there are also 2 padel courts here.
Beautiful view from living room facing the sea. On the terrace you meet the morning sun and can then enjoy it well into the afternoon. The terrace is furnished with a dining table.
Inside there are 4 bedrooms with 9 comfortable beds of high quality.
The kitchen is renovated in fine materials and is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, tea maker, juicer and toaster. Household utensils for all types of cooking and crockery for 10 people. On the ground floor there is a separate room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.
From the living room, large sliding doors lead out onto the terrace with seating for 10 people. On the terrace you can enjoy both breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks with a lovely view out over the bay and the village.
About 100m from the house you will find the nice communal pool area (children’s pool available) and 2 paddling courses.
However, we recommend that you have a car during your stay as there are so many nice places around to visit and the landscape is hilly in several places.
