The house is styled in Spanish-Scandinavian style and has all the comforts. Large south-facing terrace with a panoramic view of the sea, mountains and Nerja city as well as a cozy courtyard with lemon trees.
The house is on three levels: On the entrance floor with air conditioner you will find a hall with built-in wardrobes and three bedrooms. Master bedroom with double bed (double bed 180 cm) with several built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom with space for three beds and a further third bedroom (double bed 180 cm) with sea view. This floor also has a spacious, fully tiled bathroom. From one bedroom you can also reach the lower level with the cozy courtyard with plants, lemon trees and a perfect place for play and games. Tenants are welcome to pick lemons from the lemon tree for consumption after the lemons turn yellow.
On the upper floor, which also has air conditioning, you will find a large family room with a fireplace and an open floor plan facing the kitchen and with an exit to the large terrace with a view of the sea, the mountains and the beautiful city of Nerja. There you also have the opportunity to enjoy the weber gas grill and at the same time admire the fantastic view. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, fan, microwave, dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, blender etc. On the upper level you will also find a guest toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed with room for two people.
There is therefore room for up to 9 people plus a baby in a cot/travel cot, which enables two families to holiday together in the house. The house is adapted for small children with a gate to the stairs on the upper floor, baby high chair/high chair and baby cot/travel cot.
The house is decorated in calm, warm natural colors as well as furniture and furnishings that give a feeling of relaxation and vacation. Here you can start the day with a cup of coffee in bed while enjoying the sea view.
In addition to this holiday home, the association also has a pool that you as guests have access to. It also has a beautiful view of the sea and access to sunbeds, umbrellas, shower and toilet.
A total of 6 beds + 3 extra beds, supplement of €70/week per extra bed.
