It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, whilst being only a few minutes' drive from central Nerja. For those who prefer to walk, it is only a 35-minute stroll away. Alternatively, a bus departs every 30 minutes during summer and once an hour during winter, with a stop just below Ladera del Mar.
Access to the apartment is via a short staircase from the road above, where free parking is available. The nearest beach is just 300 metres below the apartment, and after a short walk you will find one of Nerja's most beautiful pool areas, exclusive to guests in the area, complete with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is open from Easter to the end of October.
The terrace comes fully furnished with a table with 6 chairs and a gas grill. From the spacious living room, you can enjoy the panoramic view over the terrace and the sea through several sliding glass doors. The kitchen is modern with a beautiful window facing the terrace and the sea.
The apartment has two large bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes as well as AC. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, whilst the other is a spacious guest toilet with adjoining storage space.

Nerja and its surrounding mountains offer fantastic hiking opportunities, from short 20-minute walks to full-day excursions. Many of the trails start in our apartment area, San Juan de Capistrano. Follow the signs to "Parque Natural" and discover trails that take you up to 300–400 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy lavender, rosemary, dill, and other wild herbs. Butterflies swarm around as you reach the peaks.
