Alternatively, there's a bus departing every 30 minutes in the summer and once an hour in the winter, with a stop right below Ladera del Mar.

Access to the apartment is via a short staircase from the road above, where free parking is available. The nearest beach is just 300 meters below the apartment, and a short walk away, you'll find one of Nerja's most beautiful pool areas, exclusively for guests of the area, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from Easter to the end of October.

The terrace comes fully furnished with a table with 6 chairs, a wrought iron table with 2 chairs, 4 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, and a gas grill. From the spacious living room, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the terrace and the sea through several sliding glass doors. The kitchen is modern with a lovely window overlooking the terrace and the sea.

The apartment features two large bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, both with access to the terrace. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, while the other is a spacious guest toilet with adjacent storage space.

Nerja and its surrounding mountains offer fantastic hiking opportunities, from short 20-minute walks to full-day excursions. Many of the trails start in our apartment area, San Juan de Capistrano. Follow the signs to "Parque Natural" and discover trails that take you up to 300–400 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy lavender, rosemary, dill, and other wild herbs. Butterflies swarm around as you reach the peaks.
